Information Collected

We collect personal information from you through the use of profiling your 'Personal Details'. We collect information online and offline, online via thebigchoice registration form, offline via Freshers Faris, Recruitment Fairs, Univeristy Visits, Pub, Clubs and Print Magazines. As a student portal and recruitment website, we give you the option of putting your personal details into our database. You may store your Personal Details in our database and hide them by 'Selecting No to Third Part E-mails. 'Selecting this' means that third parties will not be able to use this information. Leaving this option to yes allows third parties to send advertisements. We only accept adverts that are relevent to you, and screen all campaigns.

Alternatively, you can store your Personal Details in our database and allow it to be searchable. If you allow your Personal Details to be searchable, then all recruitment agencies that pay for access to our Headhunting services will have access to your Personal Details.

We also collect information automatically about your visit to our site. The information obtained in this way, which includes demographic data and browsing patterns, is only used to determine who is visiting our site.

We use information that you provide (individual and aggregate) to better design our website and to improve our marketing strategy and our products.
