KPMG extends graduate scheme to new universities

KPMG has extended its graduate scheme to two new universities.

The leading professional services firm will now give students at the University of Birmingham and the University of Exeter the chance to apply for their six-year long graduate scheme.

Students will gain work experience with KPMG whilst studying for their degree as part of the scheme. Successful applicants will also get a salary of around £20,000 and have all their tuition fees and accommodation fees paid.

Professor Richard Lamming, the dean of the University of Exeter Business School, welcomed the scheme: "The Business School is well known for its strong relationships with many leading graduate employers, including KPMG and I'm delighted that this has been recognised with this new scheme," he said

"My Accounting colleagues and I are very much looking forward to welcoming our first KPMG students later this year."
