The Centrica graduate programme has been designed to offer a broad grounding in the business. We have programmes available in Analysis, Customer Operations, Finance, Human Resources, Information Systems, Marketing, Subsurface Operations.
This 12 to 24 month training programme will give you experience and develop your management skills by leading a team of up to 25 people within a store-based environment.
If your leadership qualities set you apart and your team spirit inspires, we can put you at the start of a steep learning curve, with early responsibility for a district of up to five stores in a world leading retail chain.
The two-year training contract comprises of four six month seats which include a corporate and a contentious seat, usually within our highly regarded dispute resolution department, together with the possibility of a secondment abroad or with a client.
