The programme
This is a fast-track programme designed to develop our next generation of leaders. As a graduate with London Stock Exchange Group you will gain valuable international business skills and experience across many areas of our business as you develop towards a challenging and rewarding career with us. On joining, you will be given the opportunity to develop first-rate commercial skills at the very heart of the City. You will work closely with senior management, build relationships with our clients, carry out meaningful strategic and financial analysis, acquire a comprehensive knowledge of financial markets, and develop strong interpersonal and managerial skills.
Training and Development
During your programme you will be provided with the opportunity to develop your leadership potential through:
Invaluable early international experience;
Exposure to principal areas of the world of financial services through rotations in our key business areas;
Extensive technical skills development including a thorough grounding in business finance and corporate strategy;
Business training including project management, client relationship management, presentation skills and influencing skills;
Personal development through mentoring and a continuous performance management programme;
An in-depth and demanding business relevant project requiring significant input, real workable outputs and a presentation to a senior management project board;
On successful completion of the programme funding for study of professional qualifications would be made available where appropriate..

It is also important for you to be driven and resilient to see projects through to successful completion and individuals who recognise that what they achieve is equally important to how they achieve it are likely to stand out.
Our minimum academic requirements are a 2:1 honours degree, typically in a quantitative, business or technology related discipline and 300 UCAS points at A-level (or overseas equivalents). Ideally you will have taken part in extracurricular activities, particularly in a leadership capacity, and evidence of an interest in financial services will benefit your application.
