Shine as an Area Manager and you'll have every chance of a directorship within five years; with opportunities in store operations, logistics, trading, financial administration, property and central buying.

Our Area Management Programme covers the full spectrum of retail management from store operations and trading to administration, from logistics to property management. Running for approximately a year, it will be one of the most intensive working periods of your life.
Within weeks, you'll be managing a store and when you're ready, up to six stores - effectively running your own multi-million pound business. No other retailer offers so much responsibility so quickly. There are opportunities for 2 years' secondment in Europe or further afield. £40k rising to £60k and an Audi A4 from day one, with the opportunity for a directorship in approximately 5 years.
