Chalet CoupleWe're seeking a chalet couple to organise and run our Chalet Helen for up to 10 guests.
You'll be responsible for:
* Daily cleaning of the chalet
* Preparing, serving and clearing meals
* Serving any requests the guests may have
One of the couple needs to be a chef, to provide meals for up to ten guests. You will be responsible for menu planning, placing orders to suppliers, any necessary weekly shopping and keeping efficient control of stocks.
There should be time to ski or board almost every day, there are no set hours. Free time all depends on your own efficiency, being organised and in control of the related tasks. Job Start : December 2008 Job Duration : April 2009 Job Requirements : Ideally you'll be an established couple, but a pair of tight-knit friends would also be aceptable. Domestic experience (running a home) and customer service experience would be an advantage. The chef should ideally have previous experience and relevant qualifications. The other partner should have a UK driving license. You should both have mature, enthusiastic and friendly personalities. You should be self-motivated, able to work hard as part of a team without constant supervision. Ideally, you will have worked together before.
