We are currently recruiting fun, enthusiastic, friendly people as Teachers in our summer language centres.

The EFL Teacher?s primary role is in the preparation, coordination and teaching of the academic programme. They report directly to the Academic Programme Manager (APM) and work with them closely to assist in the student testing, timetabling, progress monitoring and administration of EFL classes.

Key Responsibilities:

* To teach English to a high standard, following the syllabus from Ardmore Language Schools workbooks and academic programme
* To assist the APM in the testing of students and final assessments
* To maintain excellent class administration, including lesson preparation, class registration and monitoring student progress
* To maintain proper levels of classroom discipline, safety and welfare when on duty
* To maintain proper levels of safety and welfare when on duty
* To carry out residential duties and supervise on excursions (when necessary, on a rota basis)

Job Duration : 4-8 week contracts
Job Requirements : ESSENTIAL:
* Excellent communication skills
* CELTA or Trinity Cert TESOL or PGCE*
* Mother tongue English speaker
* Team player
* Flexible
* Enjoy working with young learners

RECOMMENDED:
* Previous summer school experience
* Previous residential experience
* Previous experience in continuous enrolment courses

*In the absence of qualifications; experience in the field of EFL teaching will be reviewed and considered.
