Our two year graduate development programme is designed to provide every opportunity to our Graduates to fully understand our business and environment in which we operate. At the same time our development programme is structured in a way that allows you and us to understand where your strengths and interests are best suited.

Responsibilities:

During the programme you can expect to have planned placements in various functions including Estates, Nuclear Activities, Design & Safety, Strategic Weapons Systems, Production and Projects. Through out this development period you will also be expected to begin to demonstrate the competencies required to achieve either incorporated or Chartered Status.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Babcock is looking for exceptional graduates with either a:

• 2:1 BEng (Hons) Degree
• 2:2 BEng (Hons) Degree with at least 280 UCAS points (excluding General Studies)
• 2:2 MEng Degree

This graduate scheme is accredited under UK spec by IMECHE.

Benefits Package:

• Starting Salary - £24,000
