A Graduate Naval Architect on a developement programme designed to acheive chartered status in four years, accredited to RINA and IMechE. Along with a competitive salary there is an annual performance bonus of £1000.
We are looking for ambitious Graduate Naval Architects who want an exciting and diverse career in a Marine engineering business to be part of our well established graduate development programme.
Training Programme:
You will spend the first two years moving around the business units. During this phase you will report to the training & development manager who will ensure that your development will benefit from engineering and other opportunities available in the business.
The areas you will cover include health and safety, engineering and design, project management, production management, facilities engineering and commercial management.
The second two years will be spent ina business unit on career development, using the skills and knowledge gained in a position of increasing professional responsibility. The culmination of this will be a professional interview with your institution and chartered status.
