The role is very much focused on project management and problem solving skills and key duties involve drafting transition costs and strategy, liaising with managers to ascertain the most appropriate transfer method and schedule, etc
As an analyst you will work as part of a team supporting more experienced analysts and consultants. As you develop you will take on more responsibility, both in terms of client work and developing/mentoring analysts within the team.
