We just keep getting bigger, and to maintain this pace we are looking for a talented Rep Manager to join the team. Here at BigChoice we believe in being the best at what we do. We have over 550 student reps and 16 team leaders located at the top universities throughout the UK. We are looking for a target driven 'people person' with an outgoing personality to manage and build our network of student team leaders and representatives who are targeted to register fellow students at their university. Confident, forthright, assertive candidates required.

The successful person will be responsible for managing our student team leaders, and increasing our rep network by recruiting further student reps and team leaders. You need to have a passion for people, fresh thinking, ambitious and energetic.

The role will be office based but you will be expected to visit your team leaders and student reps throughout the year when necessary.

To be considered for this position, you must have:
A driving license
Sales orientated experience
Telephone Experience
Be Highly Motivated
Be organised and structured and a self starter
Have a positive attitude and first class customer service skills
Be ambitious and fun

Responsibilities for the role:
To manage our 16 team leader and rep network of over 550 students
To hit all recruitment and member targets
To work as a member of the team
To manage our Team leaders
To manage your own time and agenda to deliver the company's plan
