Commission: Uncapped - 12.5% to 15%
Other Benefits: Expense Account, Training & Development, Team Weekends, Laptop.
Starting bonus: £1,000 bonus - on passing your probation period

The National Student (TNS) part of BigChoice Group is one of the premiere youth media providers in the UK.

Starting life as a print publication in 2003, TNS has now embraced digital technology as an interactive lifestyle publication with an online readership of 365,000 student subscribers.

Providing peer-led, student content across multi digital platforms TNS engages directly with its target audience and is trusted by both its readership and clients as being central to student life in the UK.

The publication is complimented by a suite of digital solutions including the TNS website, mobile content, social media engagement and weekly subscriber email which help provide clients with direct and effective avenues to the student market.

We just keep getting BIG, and to maintain this pace we are looking for a talented Media Ad Sales Executive to lead sales and maintain our relationship with our clients. Here at TNS we believe in being the best at what we do, and are passionate about talking to clients about the benefits of our services.

When we say we are looking for a top Media Ad Sales Executive, we mean just that. We are looking for a talented sales person who knows the youth market, and has experience in dealing with advertising agencies and direct clients. You need to be fresh thinking, ambitious, innovative and quick thinking.

What will you be responsible for?

  • Selling and marketing our digital services.
  • Building long term relationships with companies such as Super Dry, Olympus, Air Asia Accenture, L'Oreal and Camp America. .
  • Gain long term client retention.
  • Provide bespoke digital advertising solutions.
  • Developing and enhancing website offering through offers and promotions

What you have

  • The desire to work in a small team with a BIG personality.
  • A proven track sales record preferably worked with recruitment advertising agencies.
  • The ability to think on your feet and multi task.
  • You will be tough, resilient and persistent, people will say no and you will need to be able to react in a positive way.
  • Have the ability to sell your personality over the telephone and face to face.
