Recruitment Account Manager
Here at BigChoice HQ we are getting bigger and to maintain this pace we are looking for an account manager to join the BigChoice Recruitment Team working on our 2 leading recruitment websites www.thebigchoice.com and www.fledglings.net. About You

What will you be responsible for?
- Cold calling and selling our recruitment services.
- Handling incoming enquiries
- Building new client relationships particularly in the SME market
- Lead sourcing
- Provide bespoke display, e-mail, mobile, social media and on campus advertising solutions.
- Developing and enhancing website offering.
You will be
- Target driven
- A growing sales person with a minimum of 12 months sales experience
- A team player and able to work in a small team with a BIG personality.
- Tenacious, quick thinking and a multi tasker.
- Resilient and persistent, people will say no and you will need to be able to react positively.
- Able to sell your personality over the telephone and face to face.
- Fresh thinking and innovative in your pitch.

Our working space is important to us here at BigChoice and comprises of desk space and a more relaxed social working space which includes a mezzanine and a Bar / Café where drinks and juice are available all day. There are excellent transport links from BR & Underground
