The Role:
Bloomberg Installations is on the front line when it comes to implementing new business.
In this high-profile, project-management role, you will be the primary contact for clients, assisting and advising with issues such as the integration of our product onto their network, determining the best infrastructure for their connectivity and ensuring the whole installation process meets the clients’ needs.
Installations Coordinator is a fast-paced, challenging, project-management position. You will guide our clients through the procedures necessary to integrate Bloomberg products into their network, determining the best infrastructure for their connectivity and, most importantly, make sure the entire operation goes smoothly. Installations also assist customers with ancillary Bloomberg products, such as BlackBerry, biometric authentication and our videophone, ensuring that our customers are provided with the most complete access. Managing Bloomberg projects is an exciting opportunity for both business-minded and technical candidates. Bloomberg’s global customer base also allows you to utilize your multilingual skills. Teams are fully multilingual normally speaking at least 2 European languages and will allow you to work in the UK with a truly international organization.
Responsibilities:
• Integrating the Bloomberg product onto the clients network
• Coordinating and managing resources to meet project deadlines
• Coordinating our field service engineers to ensure they are able to get to client sites
• Holding technical discussions with customers on hardware and software
• Ordering, monitoring and troubleshooting communication lines
• Multitasking with a high volume of simultaneous projects
Requirements for the role:
• Previous experience in a helpdesk environment.
• Proven excellence in customer service and phone skills.
• Solid understanding of PC hardware, operating systems, communication lines and networks.
• The ideal candidate will be able to remain calm under pressure, with the ability to inspire confidence in clients regardless of the situation
• We are currently recruiting for candidates fluent in a combination of the following languages: French, Spanish, Italian, German, Russian and Portuguese.
