DESCRIPTION:
Toms-FIET Trade Desk is a dedicated support team covering issues regarding all aspects of Bloomberg¿s Trade Order Management System and Fixed Income Electronic Trading platforms. Client interaction is made through live helpdesk chats, telephone calls and requests from other internal departments

Bloomberg is looking for dynamic and motivated candidates who will have the opportunity to learn about all aspects of the order management and electronic trading systems and the interaction they have with the world of fixed income electronic trading. The systems offer a broad range of functionality so you can expect a challenging array of questions with a steep learning curve.

Responsibilities:

Addressing client queries including but not withstanding:

- Electronic Trading and Deal Capture
- Position Keeping
- Pricing
- P&L
- Risk
- STP/ Order Flow
- Reporting and Compliance

Liaising internally with Programming, Sales, Business Development, Data and Technical Support

Creating internal correspondence that relates directly to fulfilling our Customer Service Mandates (SLA)

REQUIREMENTS:

Experience and/or knowledge of the Financial Markets.

Knowledge of Back Office and Front Office Duties

Multi-tasking skills and ability to work well under pressure.

Attention to detail with strong problem solving and customer service skills
