DESCRIPTION:
AIM is Bloomberg’s Order Management Solution for both traditional buy-side asset management firms and hedge funds, offering a complete global solution for real-time position management, P&L, portfolio modeling, compliance and risk management. Support for Bloomberg’s buy-side order management clients is provided by a dedicated support team that aims to provide the highest level of customer care to our users of this critical platform.

Bloomberg is looking for dynamic and motivated candidates who will have the opportunity to learn about all aspects of the order management system and the interaction it has with the world of electronic trading. The system offers a broad range of functionality so you can expect a challenging array of questions with a steep learning curve.

You will be the first point of contact for both internal and external users and take ownership of issues from question through to resolution, liaising with sales, support, business and R&D to accomplish your task.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Keen interest in the Financial Markets
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent analytical skills.
• Ability to manage your time effectively, multi-task and work well under pressure in a team environment.
• European language skills are an asset, especially German, French and Italian.
