Business Analyst Roles
£30,000 + £2,500 sign on bonus + up to 22% annual bonus

As a Business Analyst you’ll have real ownership of the projects you work on from start to finish. You won’t be given endless lists of meaningless tasks. You’ll have input in defining and scoping the problems the business is facing and the opportunities we want to explore.

At Capital One we’re open to new and innovative ways to analyse, so you can impress by finding new and exciting approaches to solving problems. You also won’t be handing over your work when it nears completion. It’ll be your responsibility to pull your analysis together into a set of results and recommendations that you’ll present to senior management.
