Experienced bar and catering Team Leaders required to join our fun and dynamic team for the busy exhibition season at Earls Court and Olympia!  

Our Team Leaders are fully responsible for their unit, be it a bar, coffee cart or retail food outlet. They are responsible for all cash operations, staff briefings, training, allocation of work and management of the team. They are also the main point of management contact for customers and may have to handle difficult situations at times, and they are the main liaison with the Event Floor Manager / Operations Manager.  
 
Team Leaders are an integral part of the Creativevents team and are essential to delivering the events that we are so proud of.  
 
There are a wealth of different events coming up at Earls Court and Olympia, from concerts, exhibitions to the Horse of the Year Show.  

We offer work on a casual basis, but there is an opportunity to work almost full time hours as we have events almost every day of the year! We also have an awesome summer season with opportunities to work at Festivals and prestigious sporting events.  
 
You will be given a full Company induction and training, and you will be ?buddied up? with existing Team Leaders so that you are totally comfortable when supervising for the first time.

Job Requirements : You must have at least 3 years experience in either retail catering. You must have strong leadership skills, communication skills and be able to demonstrate excellent customer service.
