Experienced multi-lingual Bar Staff required to work at our Hotels in France & Austria.
Your daily tasks will include:
* Daily cleaning and preparation of the bar
* Organising drinks promotions and special events
* Service of wine and other drinks in the hotel restaurant
* Serving of bar food at lunchtime
* Creating a good atmosphere in the bar to attract clients
* Table service of snacks at lunchtime
* Helping in the general cleaning of the hotel on changeover day
* Keeping the bar well stocked at all times
All bar positions involve split shifts and you will have one day off per week. Flexibility in working hours is a must and it is crucial that you work closely with all other members of Equity staff. Job Start : December Job Duration : April Job Requirements : To apply for these positions you MUST be able to converse easily in French, German and/or Italian and have experience of working in a number of different bars. * Commitment (your work won't suffer because you have a hangover!) * Dedication (as above, if you don?t work as you should, everyone has a nightmare) * Patience (you?re there for the season but clients only come out for one week at a time so you may be asked the same question over again) *Fun (you are the ?face of Equity?, you set the tone in our hotels, chalets & resorts, and clients don?t want to see boring staff!) * Flexible (you will work with us to ensure our clients get the best out of everything) * Hard working (we have a work hard play hard motto!) * Enthusiasm (you are full of beans but know how to pace yourself) All applicants MUST have a National Insurance Number and a valid EU passport.
