Esprit Ski Total Ski - Lapland Activity Centre Leader

As an Activity Centre Leader you will assist with all operational and guest related aspects of running the main Activity Day. You will lead and be responsible for your allocated Activity Centre, its staff and guests and ensure that the high standards that the company expects are maintained.

You will lead and support your accompanying Lapland Rangers in their entertainment roles and ensure they are providing stimulating and warming activities to entertain the children and their parents through songs, dance, stories and other fun activities. You are required to participate in these activities when necessary. You will also liaise with the local Representatives to provide smooth transitions between activities for each family and ensure that each family is ready for its visit to Santa Claus.

Other Activity Day duties permitting, you will accompany the Snowmobile Safari to monitor guest satisfaction and safety. You will also be responsible for providing detailed information to guests about additional activities they can enjoy.

Job Requirements : You need to be a confident, outgoing person with excellent organisational and communication skills and the ability to work within a team.

Hospitality and customer experience is an advantage.

You should also have a full and clean driving license.
