Resourcing Centre Agent (m/f)

GFT Resource Management GmbH is a leading and dynamically growing enterprise for the provison and
augmentation of IT freelancers. This division of GFT places several hundred IT specialists per year in
diverse and interesting projects.

For our international Resourcing centre we are currently looking to engage „Resourcing Centre Agents"
(m/f). The role includes the maintenance and on-going support of our IT-Freelancer database.
We urgently need to strengthen our Berlin team with experienced Resourcing Agents.

You will be responsible for:

• Building and maintaining our IT-Freelancer database
• Processing new contacts and qualifying their profiles
• Regular telephone calls and written contact with our listed freelancers
• Construction of "specialist competence pools":

Your Profile:

• An industry recognised qualification or comparable experience
• Experienced Call-Center-Agent (or similar)
• A Basic understanding of IT is „nice to have"
• Excellent communication abilities, in particular on the phone
• Enjoy keeping in contact with people
• You must be fluent in either English or other language (French advantageous)
• Charismatic and self motivated
• Good team player
