We are currently recruiting full-season and peak-season Resort Managers in Austria, Switzerland and Italy to look after our growing number of school ski groups.
As a representative of Hourmont Total Ski, you will be expected to deliver first class customer service and to play a key role in the smooth running of the ski trip.
Key responsibilities:
* Ensuring the company is represented in a smart and professional manner at all times
* Organising the efficient delivery of all pre-booked services ( accommodation, ski hire, ski passes, ski school, evening entertainments ) and monitoring their quality
* To be on hand to deal with queries or requests in a positive manner
* Pro-active in dealing with emergencies and unforeseen situations which may arise

Job Requirements : * Previous, relevant customer-service experience (previous experience as a winter sports representative is desirable)
* Confident and sensible attitude with ability to work unsupervised
* Ability to communicate well with customers and suppliers
* Good organisational and time-management skills
* Flexible approach to work
* Interest in winter sports
* Good command of German and/or Italian
