Huxley Associates - Graduate/ Trainee Headhunter

Salary : £40,000 OTE first year

The Role
You will work a niche market within a specific global market and location. You will be responsible for managing and developing existing clients and building new relationships, as well as working on some existing mandates to generate new candidates in the marketplace. This role is client facing and you may deal with some extremely specialised and senior individuals within the marketplace.

What we look for
We have a number of opportunities from the trainee level to senior consultant. You do not necessarily need any sales experience to apply, but you must be able to demonstrate your sales potential by demonstrating examples of previous success at work, academically or within a sport/ hobby.
