Job Description

My client has developed from the ground up and can boast a growth of 70% in memberships alone last year, with an average membership costing close to £8,000 per annum. My client has gone from £2.8million gross profit and would like to exceed the £4million mark by the end of 2012. They are now searching for a number of Business Development Experts It is crucial that you can communicate at this level with credibility and ease. This is not a wild idea or unrealistic claim. If you are already operating at this level and know what it feels like to achieve these standards then you will understand. This new position will be responsible for commercially developing relationships with HR, L & D and C-suite individuals within large, C-suite level global organisations (including FTSE 100 and Global 500).
In terms of experience, you will have:

• 5+ years’ experience of successful sales/account management, particularly with a blue chip client base
• You’d be best described as a”consultative solution selling hunter”.
• Extensive experience of selling solutions that have integrally impacted a FTSE 100 or Global 500 business
• A great cross-over would be HR Solutions, Recruitment or Search Solutions, Financial Services or Private Equity,
• Ability to deliver against monthly, quarterly and annual revenue targets
• Sufficient credibility and gravitas to gain entry to and build relationships with C- suite level executives
• A strong service ethic and a keen interest in building relationships
• Understanding of the dynamics of large national and global organisations
• Ability to work in a flexible, rapidly changing work environment
