Salary: £45,000 - £70,000 basic with uncapped OTE of £100,000 - £150,000

JPA’s client is a high level business network catering to C level clients. With an average membership cost of £8,000, a growth of 70% in memberships last year and an expected increase in profit from £2.8 million to £4 million this year, this company offers excellent earning opportunities and career progression.

The company is growing rapidly and is searching for a number of Business Development Managers to spearhead this expansion. In order to succeed in this role you must be able to communicate well with C level clients, you will be consistently achieving the highest standards in your work and be looking for a new challenge.

The Concept: This company offers a platform for high level executives to communicate and discuss changes in their relative markets and the economy as a whole. This communication is not just based on seminars and lectures, members are also able to call on each other to answer business questions around their areas of expertise. These questions are allocated to specific members by an account director who ensures that the query is answered by those with the greatest relevant knowledge.

The successful applicant will have:

- At least five years of experience of business development/account management, in particular with blue chip clients.
- You will also have extensive experience selling solution based products to FTSE 100 or Global 500 businesses.
- A hunter mentality.
- Ability to exceed monthly, quarterly and annual targets.
- Sufficient experience and credibility to earn the respect of and build relationships with C-level executives.
