Commercial Sales Executive

£30,000 basic / £50,000 OTE

JPA’s client is a high level membership body catering to director and C level clients amongst a range of FTSE 100 and Global 500 companies. This company offers scheduled networking events through conferences and seminars as well as professional training, news feeds and other business resources. The company also offers a wide range of top end venues for professional events.

As a commercial sales executive you would be responsible for managing a portfolio of clients to ensure maximum revenue generation. As a key focus of role you would work with the internal sales teams to sell sponsorship across the entire range of products and services offered by the company. This role will appeal to someone who has experience of working in sponsorship sales but is looking for increased responsibility and influence over the sales process.

In order to be eligible for this role you WILL have:

• At least three years experience in events sponsorship sales OR one year in events sponsorship and 3+ years in another media sales role.
• A strong understanding of the media market, both online and print.
• A proven track record of exceeding targets and successful negotiation.
• Experience of writing sponsorship proposals and presenting these to an audience.
• A degree will help your application but is not essential.
