Inbound Sales Executive

£18-20k basic + £36 - £42k OTE

My client is a well established office space company. The company is young, profitable and highly innovative and features a unique employee first structure which focuses on job satisfaction and ensures that the happiness of the successful candidate will be of utmost importance. Commission rates for Sales executives are £1500 - £2000, as such you would have high earning potential.

The role itself would entail following up on the leads that come through from the brokers and other suppliers and calling the client to obtain exact details. You will then sell them possible properties from the portfolio and book in for the business development manager to close the deal.

Does this sound interesting? If so you will need 1-2 years sales experience and an interest in sales in general. A degree is strongly preferred. You will also need a desire to take ownership of the role and carve your own niche in the company, and will need to display initiative and a can do mentality.
