My client is a rapidly growing executive search firm focussing on the alternative assets space, primarily within private equity firms and hedge funds. While the company is relatively young, the Directors have more than 20 years experience recruiting within these sectors. In addition the company has aggressive expansion plans and intends to expand its reach into other areas of Financial Recruitment; the successful applicant therefore has multiple avenues for career progression as well as the freedom to find their own niche within the financial industry.
The company is now looking for a researcher to assist in sourcing high level candidates for specific roles. Due to the nature of the roles an emphasis will be placed on networking and headhunting, as such you will be moving in the upper echelons of finance and if successful will become a known presence within the industry.
The firm offers a thorough training program which will cover all aspects of the recruitment process including research techniques, business development, interviewing, pitching for business and offer negotiation. The nature of the company will offer the successful candidate early responsibility and unparalleled development.
In order to be successful in your application for this role you will have:
• Between 1 and 3 years of experience gained within a related field, this could be within another executive search firm, a non exec search recruitment consultancy or specific experience within the financial industry.
• An excellent academic background with a minimum of a 2.1 from top ranked university and outstanding A level results.
• Excellent Communication skills and organisational ability.
• Remarkable drive and tenacity as well as gravitas and maturity, you should also desire responsibility and have the ability to manage your time effectively.
