Internal IT Recruiter (CRM and BI)

£27,000 - £35,000 Per annum + benefits & bonus

My Client is a highly respected IT Consultancy with a strong international presence, offering CRM and BI solutions to medium and large scale businesses. Due to recent success the company is looking to take on a number of new employees including an experienced IT recruiter who wants to make the switch from agency recruitment to internal recruitment.

This role will appeal to you if you are sick of the constant ups and downs of agency recruitment and are looking for a more stable role which features a steady flow of positions to fill. You should also apply if you like the opportunity for flexible work with the possibility to work one day a week at home. In addition the role will offer you a chance to step back from the cut throat world of agency recruitment and build a real position for yourself within a friendly and supportive team.

The successful applicant will have a minimum of three years working in an IT recruitment background, this will have been a 360 or pure delivery role. You will preferably have CRM and BI industry experience but it is not a necessity. A degree would support your application but is again not essential.
