Let’s be honest here…..I am looking for an Second jobber, perhaps from a heavily KPI driven back ground who is looking to move away from this type of culture which is rife in our industry. I am an ex-Brook Street recruiter who took herself over seas to recruit and is now managing a London office of an international business. As a team we all work incredibly hard as we want to be successful and would like to find someone that will bring the same attitude to the table but a new dynamic!
What we have to offer:

Database: 13 year old database with a huge amount of candidate information and market mapping readily available to you.
Salary: £23,000 – 28,000 per annum plus OTE and progression

Your Future: We are a small team with huge amounts of drive and success. We are growing our business, but not rapidly - what's the point it is better to find the right person and go from there. I do want a team member who will add a new dynamic to my team and grow with us. It would be good to see candidates with all different aspirations ranging from management, mentoring, business development management, being a top biller etc. You really do not have to fit in to a box to succeed with JPA.
You will be set clear revenue targets and how you achieve them is down to you. We will give you the platform you need to spring board from and excel from in our business. You have over 30 years worth of experience to draw from as there is plenty of support available to you from researcher to managing director.
