The Resort Manager is responsible for the day-to-day running of in-resort operations and for ensuring that Kick Ski's high standards of customer service are maintained.
He/she acts as the primary point of contact for any guest issues that may arise and is responsible for ensuring that any problems are sorted out quickly and efficiently. He/she will also be required to represent the company on transfer days and will take responsibility for the day-to-day line management of in-resort staff.
The Resort Manager will also be responsible for coordinating, and when required, providing the ski hosting service that is offered to guests for the first three days of their stay. It is therefore essential that you are already able to ski and/or snowboard red runs confidently.
You will receive the following, in recognition of the responsibilities of this post:
* A private (non-shared) bedroom
* A higher salary than for other posts
Please note that whenever possible, your weekly day off will be on the same day as for the rest of the Kick Ski staff, although this cannot always be guaranteed.

* Excellent client handling skills
* A warm and outgoing personality
* Ability to solve problems and to think quickly and logically under pressure
* Good spoken and written French
* Good skier or snowboarder
* Full, clean, UK driving licence
* Adaptable and flexible, willing to put in long hours when required
It is also preferable that you have the following skills and attributes:
* Previous line-management experience
* Previous experience in a similar role
* Good IT skills, able to use software such as MS Office
