Kingswood are specialist providers of residential Adventure, Field Studies and ICT courses to children and teenagers across the UK. Kingswood employs over 300 instructors a year. We have positions available at our centre at Fulmer Grange, in Wexham, Buckinghamshire and also places nationwide at our 11 other centres around the UK. There's something for everyone - whether you like the rural life, by the sea or near busy towns! We even have a Centre in France so our fully trained instructors have an exciting opportunity to venture further afield.

Instructors are provided with full board accommodation free of charge and a training salary throughout their first year. All first year instructors will be enrolled onto our Foundation Modern Apprenticeship training programme, gaining National Governing Body qualifications, which will ensure that you are provided with all of the skills and background knowledge needed to become one of our best instructors.
