Your role will involve directing and scheduling day-to-day activities whilst also developing marketing campaigns and constructing long-term marketing strategies for growth and innovation.

You will need to show a passion for customer service by managing group and party events, interacting with the customers and processing their feedback.
 
These social skills will also be utilized internally as you will be responsible for managing staff and promoting good team morale.

You will work one on one with the chefs, flexing your culinary creativity and creating new menus.
