The  prestigious Leeds Castle requires a flexible commis chefs to work in their kitchen.

As a Commis Chef you will work under the guidance of skilled chefs and develop your cooking talents in all areas of the brigade. 
Weekend, week day and evening shifts are available throughout the year.

Job Requirements : Previous kitchen experience is required along with the desire to learn and the ability to work under pressure in a busy environment.

Applicants will need to be hard-working and dedicated to providing the very best service as part of a team.

The successful candidate must hold a NVQ Level 2, be reliable, presentable and looking for a challenging, but rewarding role.

A passion for food is a must.
