There's one development programme that can turn you into a company leader, and that's Lex Talent. Our pioneering, two year development programme will make the very most of your drive and ambition, and help you reach the highest levels in our business.

Through rotating core business placements and specialist assignments, you'll learn all about our business. You'll be so valuable, that senior managers will actually compete for you. Of course, there will be a personal and professional development plan, plus support from your own mentor and coach. And besides placements, you and your Lex Talent peers will work on a business-wide project and present the proposals to the board themselves.

We'll expect you to add value from day one, and, towards the end of the programme, you'll start applying for roles that involve people management or technical specialism.

Make no mistake - it's going to be hard work, and possibly the biggest challenge you've faced in your professional life. But as long as you're a graduate and you're prepared to do a great deal of networking, the Lex Talent programme will see you working alongside senior managers and becoming one some day soon.
