Our fast-track programme into District Management is for outstanding, self-confident, degree educated, suitably experienced individuals, who can make a significant difference to our business from day one. There is a steep learning curve and we'll give you the chance to take early responsibility of up to five stores. Your success will depend on:

• Leading and developing your people
• The ability to use your authority
• Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills
• Confidence to achieve
• Knowledge of German would be advantageous but not essential
• Effective planning and organisational skills
• Flexibility, mobility and adaptability
