Graduate Store Manager

Starting on £32,000 per annum + benefits with real career progression opportunities. Locations nationwide.

This 12 to 24 month training programme will give you experience and develop your management skills by leading a team of up to 25 people within a store-based environment.

This challenging programme develops excellent Store Managers, our Area/District Managers of the future. It offers an ideal training platform to develop your management and leadership skills within retail.

Throughout the programme you will discover new talents that you didn’t know you had. How long the programme lasts is down to you depending on how quickly you pick up the Store Manager role and how successful you are at running your very own Lidl store.

With a minimum 2:2 in any degree discipline you must be customer focused and highly motivated. We’re looking for graduates with a passion for retail, and an eye for detail. You will also be proactive and adaptable to change. Retail experience would be an advantage but not essential as we will train you in all aspects of retail management.
