Finance
Financial expertise is critical to everything we do. Our Management Accountants support the business in many different ways, and their reach and influence is enormous. That's why we've tailored our graduate programme to ensure you'll do the same.

From Retail Branch, Commercial Banking or an Operations centre, to the Finance Director's Office and placements overseas, you'll be exposed to business areas, experiences and adventures few Finance professionals have ever seen.

We're looking for people with the character essential to bringing a whole new dimension to our business - talent, energy, drive and determination, the ability to influence at all levels and build effective professional relationships. You're also adaptable - essential to thriving in a constantly changing environment, and geographically mobile, able to work wherever we need you across the Group.

To join this programme, you'll need a minimum 2:1 in any discipline together with excellent numerical skills. You'll also need the judgement to allow you make crucial decisions, the unfaltering drive to keep growing and evolving, the influence to motivate and inspire others around you, and the ability to successfully deliver, time after time.

SALARY FOR 2009
£28,000 + Benefits + London weighting. Plus sign-on bonus of £3,000
