About the Position
Michael Page International is one of the few recruitment consultancies to offer a structured, formalised graduate training scheme. We will train you up over a five month period to become one of the most successful recruitment consultants in the industry.
The role of a recruitment consultant is to act as an intermediary, identifying and sourcing suitably qualified candidates on behalf of clients. At Michael Page International our consultants:
- identify and develop client relationships
- source suitable candidates and brief them on opportunities offered by our clients
- manage the process through interview to offer stage and beyond.

The Person
The Michael Page International graduate scheme is open to graduates across all degree disciplines with, or on track for, a minimum of a 2.2. We assess all applicants for a number of competencies, for example resilience, confidence, teamwork and an ability to persuade.
