We're looking for graduates from all disciplines to join our global Microsoft Academy for College Hires (MACH) Scheme in Technical Consultancy, Sales and Marketing. Whichever path you choose, it's an incredible two-year introduction to Microsoft that offers a great balance between work and learning: the ideal bridge between academic and professional life.

A world of support, mentoring and learning awaits on the scheme, from skills training at our European Winter School to peer and senior-level networking at our global conference in the U.S. As a MACH, you'll learn vital professional and technical capabilities in an initial job that will get you off to a great start, but won't limit your options later on.

Based in Reading or London, our award-winning Internship Scheme is an intensive and insightful introduction to our business - and a brilliant way to get a head start on the MACH scheme. Joining us for an unforgettable 48 weeks, from July to June, you'll gain some valuable skills and experience doing real work and enjoying direct contact with Microsoft partners, clients and senior executives.

And in you, we're looking for someone who shares passion for technology, enthusiasm, inquisitive nature and collaborative way of working.

Qualifications-wise, you'll need a 2.1 in any discipline, plus 320 UCAS points from at most four 'A' Levels. You'll also have to be eligible to work in the UK. In return you'll start off with a competitive salary and flexible benefits including 25 days' holiday, product discounts and four days' leave a year to volunteer to a cause of your choice.
