Ofcom Graduate Programme

The 2012 Ofcom graduate scheme offers an excellent opportunity to work on the kind of issues that affect the whole nation. Rotating between different policy areas across Ofcom, you'll gain an in-depth understanding of every aspect of the organisation.

On the 2012 programme there is the opportunity to follow a Generalist, Economic, Technologist or Spectrum Engineering pathway. Join us and you'll have the satisfaction of knowing you've helped make a difference to the future of communications.

Those who join us embark on a series of intensive job placements across different business areas. Graduates move regularly between projects, sections and departments to ensure that the knowledge and insight they're exposed to is as broad as possible. So one week you might be involved with new policy directives; the next, monitoring television content standards. Based at our London office (Riverside House) for the duration of the scheme, there may also be opportunities to gain experience in other parts of Ofcom, including the national and regional offices.
