Administrative Assistant
Salary : £120 - £140 pw + accommodation + food + benefits
Where you rather be working this winter, at your desk in the office, or at a desk in the French Alps?
French speaking admin assistant required to provide general administrative and other support.
Main Duties include:
* Ensuring that all guests have arranged transportation to/from the resort
* Help clients with the booking of ski lessons
* Organise the ordering and processing of guest lift passes
* Helping answer emailed queries from guests
* Entering invoices into the Purple Ski accounts using 'QuickBooks'
* Performing general administrative procedures
* Supporting the preparation of payroll-related documentation
Job Start : Mid October
Job Duration : April/May
Job Requirements : You must be competent at record keeping and document management, with basic book-keeping/accounting skills and experience. You should also be computer literate.
The ability to converse in French is essential
Candidates must be over 21 years and hold a full UK driving licence and have 3 years post qualification experience (required for car insurance purposes).
Prior experience in the hospitality industry is highly desirable.
