Developing future leaders within our Technology businesses is as important now as it has ever been. Which is why ambitious graduates like you - with relevant business experience and a minimum 2:1 degree - will have a key part to play in our plans.

For penultimate year students, our 10-week summer internship programme offers a great opportunity to learn about RBS Global Banking & Markets Technology. During the internship, you'll get business training, combined with hands-on work experience and a great opportunity to network and meet new people.

Alternatively, our graduate programme in Technology Services gives you the chance to work with our specialist teams in application and infrastructure builds, testing and deployment as well as supporting global technology services for the Group. Your programme will have three different placements designed to give you a broad view of our different functions.
