What does the scheme involve?
Our Customer & Marketing Scheme covers every aspect of the customer experience: from the development of the look and feel of our stores and the marketing of new products and services, to the way our colleagues serve our customers in store.

After your store placement you'll return to the London Store Support Centre. Here you'll complete three placements. These could be in customer research, advertising and brand marketing, customer service, or corporate responsibility to name a few.

What are we looking for?
People who are passionate about understanding our customers and putting them at the heart of our business, helping us to exceed their expectations in everything we do. You'll need to be creative, adaptable, enthusiastic and have the confidence to challenge current practice. Previous customer-focused work experience is essential, as is 320 UCAS points or equivalent.

A degree at 2.1 or above, ideally from a business, maths or humanities related background is also ideal.

What skills will you develop?
You will develop a real insight into the way customers experience our stores, as well as leadership, project management, influencing and presentation skills. Responsibility comes early; you will take personal accountability for delivery of key business projects.
