What does the scheme involve?
From predicting sales to managing budgets, astute financial decisions underpin everything we do. The finance function is responsible for millions of pounds and is vital in helping to meet the needs of customers and shareholders.

Your roles will be diverse: you could be providing insight into the period accounting process and challenging costs, analysing store investments or implementing a finance system and redesigning the business process surrounding it. You will develop a sound knowledge of accounting practices whilst building your commercial understanding.

The CIMA or ACCA qualifications are key and we will support you with study leave, whichever course you choose. The quality of our training programme, and commitment to Finance Graduates is recognised by both professional bodies who have awarded us Graduate Partner status (ACCA) or Quality Partner Status (CIMA).

What are we looking for?
This will be the perfect launch pad for a career in Finance for graduates with customer-focused work experience who have the drive and commitment to take control of their own career development whilst balancing their studies for CIMA or ACCA.

We will also require a minimum 2.1 degree and 320 UCAS points.

What skills will you develop?
You'll develop a combination of generalist business skills such as leadership, management, negotiation, presentation skills, as well as finance specific skills. Each of your different placements will help expand your knowledge into different areas of the business. Easy access to senior colleagues and the Scheme Manager means that every day presents the opportunity to learn new skills and hone existing ones.
