What does the scheme involve?
The scheme lasts two to three years and develops according to your performance and the needs of the business.
Your first 12 weeks in store will provide you with a grounding in the expectations of our customers and the high standards we need to work at in order to deliver these. Your structured development programme will get you to Department Manager after three months, covering the core skills of display and merchandising, product safety, customer service and people management.
After nine months, expect to be running a whole department: leading, managing and coaching a diverse group of colleagues. Two years in and you’ll have a good understanding of our stores. The next step is Duty Manager in training – you’ll be part of the store leadership team responsible for planning and budgeting, operations, performance management, compliance and sales. As second in command you’ll often be responsible for day-to-day operations. Full support for career development is provided to enable you to progress from a department manager to a senior retail manager of the future.
What are we looking for?
You need to be passionate about exceeding our customer needs and developing colleagues. You should also be flexible and resilient to enable you to thrive in our fast-paced environment.
Ideally you will have a 2.2 degree or above in retail or business management.

The retail graduate scheme is based at our central London Store Support Centre which also include a 3-6 month store-based retail placement. Retail opportunities available nationwide.
