In 2008, Santander in the UK grew from strength to strength. It saw all of Bradford & Bingley's savings accounts transferred to Abbey, along with Alliance & Leicester joining the Santander Group.

Santander UK Graduate Programme is a 3-year programme designed to build leaders of the future. As a Trainee you will receive a structured induction into the organisation and ongoing training and development.

All graduate trainees are assessed on their individual performance and behaviours. Providing you demonstrate the required level of skills and behaviours and you have the passion and enthusiasm to succeed then Santander UK could be for you.

Developing your skills is as important to us as it is to you. Throughout your career, you will receive both formal and 'on-the-job' training, giving you the knowledge and experience you need to realise your full potential. This will depend on which part of the business that you join.

Packages on the graduate programme are circa £25,000 depending on skills and experience. On top of this, you may be eligible for one of our sales incentive schemes or performance bonus, which will depend on how you, your division and Santander UK have done over the year.
