At Santander our operations teams provide the heartbeat of our various business areas. As a graduate in one of these key areas you’ll be exposed to a broad selection of disciplines that include Risk and Governance, Change and Project Management and IT and Data. These disciplines provide the foundation for all of Santander’s success as well giving you the strongest possible platform for your careers.

Our operations business is split into three separate areas:

• Banking Support Operations (Geoban)- Geoban UK is a service company 100% owned by the Santander Group. Our job is to carry out back office operations, collections and call centre activities for Santander companies in the UK.
• Global Manufacturing – This business areaprovides critical back office support to our front office Global businesses, including Corporate and Investment Banking and Asset Management.
• Operations–Operations provides the broadest selection of support teams, ranging from Customer Service Delivery and Complaints, to Procurement and Technology.

You should have or expect to obtain a 2:1 or equivalent in Business, Economics, Technology (IT), or another subject with a significant Mathematical/Statistical content.
