Telephone Distribution Internship Programme

The Programme:
Based in one of our key Contact Centre sites for between 10 and 12 weeks, you’ll be working at the cutting edge of our telephone sales business, with responsibility for ensuring our customers are both buying our products and buying the products that are right for them. This area of our business is essential to growth and to providing our customers with the service they want and expect. You’ll get the opportunity to focus on key areas including technology, team management and large volume sales.

What you need:
As well as a desire to work in the banking sector you’ll need at least 280 UCAS points and a predicted 2:1 in your chosen degree. Our schemes are extremely popular so the ability to demonstrate a commitment to extra-curricular activities, and ideally a position of responsibility like society chairman or team captain, will help you stand out.
