We currently offer a wide variety of financial opportunities, including financial roles in both Upstream and Downstream Shell Businesses such as Exploration and Production, Gas and Power, Downstream Retail and Supply.

These roles cover a range of financial and economic disciplines with starting salary of £28,500 plus benefits.

There are three routes into Shell for you to choose from. So it’s worth finding out more now, as you’ll be asked to select your preferred route during the early stages of the application process.

If successful at interview stage, you’ll be offered the chance to gain direct experience of Shell through one of three routes:

Option A: Shell Recruitment Day.
A full day of exercises, presentations and a group discussion – enabling you to find out how well you cope in different business scenarios.

Option B: Gourami Business Challenge.
A 5-day business challenge where you will gain an excellent understanding of our global businesses and working culture. You will work in a project team to develop and strategic business plan for Shell's operations in the fictional country of Gourami, working through technical and commercial activities.

Option C: Internship.
An internship will give you first-hand experience of Shell as an employer and exposure to a range of real-life business projects.
